This number called my work phone and left a 1 min "message" of silence. I recently gave this number to home depot because one was required for a quote and I wrote on the note NOT to call [and stated why]. I then sent an email stating the same. I do not know if it was Home Depot but given the timing it might have been. Letting the message run for a full minute in silence without leaving any message is frustrating.
When an unknown number like the one 6172998970 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
