Newton Wellesley Hospital. I received this automated survey after the NWH lab had performed urinalysis for a possible UTI. The survey asked me if I had difficulty making an appointment at the lab (?? I never had an appointment at the lab. I didn’t go to the lab.) and a couple additional questions that didn’t relate to my situation. I hung up on it.
