This robocall number seems doing multiple tasks, depending on its funding sources. (1a) Caller ID says Illinois Call. From E St. Louis or Belleville, Illinois in western Illinois, just west of Scott AFB and about 10 miles from St. Louis, MO. Car insurance robocall. SCAM? It is unsolicited. Robocaller starts as soon as the line is answered. Blocked! Call type: Scam suspicion (1b) I just got another call. I answered it and pressed 1. It is All State Insurance trolling for customers. When I asked to be taken off the call list they hung up on me. Caller: All State Insurance Call type: Telemarketer (3) Scam Police Association fund raising call Caller: ? Caller ID was Belleville, IL. No message was given. The call probably was a robocaller to multiple numbers, whichever was picked up, the message would be played. It called twice a day in the past 3 days.
