Received a call from this number to lower my interest rate on several credit cards. I cooperated and gave them the info to 7 credit cards. They tried to transfer my call to another agent after working with me for 40 minutes. That party was busy so the original caller said she would call me back. I am a senior citizen and retired. I assumed I could have been scammed after I dialed the number to try to call them back. It just rings..no answer.
Rang 3-4 rings. I didnt make to answer. What is the goal of such calls. Are they wanted to call them back?
