Received this call on 7/6/2020 - I don't bank in California, or would I need this type of system and anyone that I know in California is programmed into my phone, so would show up by name. Since this one did not leave a message, it was clearly spam.

Called to give me the code to log into a financial website of mine This is a valid site. It is a new 2 part log in system for some sites.
They called me around 10 times. Wont stop. Leave cryptic voice mail messages with around four digit numbers with and ending with a robotic goodbye. I gotten 10 of them each from time period of 2:05 - 2:15 5/22/2020. Anyone know whats happening?
