Phone call saying he drove by our house and could get us a cash offer. Scam
Received a phone call from this # & he left a voice message. Supposedly, he ""just drove by"" where I live & he wants to buy the place. He claimed that it would only take about 5 minutes to get a quote done & he pays cash. He said his name was either Mark or Marquez (it was hard to make that part out). Then he said to call (415) 223-9043. I checked & both area codes are in the San Francisco bar area. Did a search on the other # and it looks like it's a scam. # blocked
Someone called me from the number 6282571143 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
