I received a call claiming to be from CenturyLink Tech Support. The caller wanted me to download the UltraViewer remote access software to ""connect my phone to the CenturyLink server"". Suspecting that this may be a scam I asked for a call back number and was given the number 640-200-4252 and told to give the employee ID V1240017 for verification. I hung up and did not call the number back.
