I can verify that I am a supporter of CAMH. I did get a couple of messages saying they were looking to chat again. It is weird though, that they don't answer when you pick up. They called fri, sat, mon, and Tuesday. I'll make sure to complain about this when I do get a hold of them. My only guess is they robocall everyone on the list amd if you pick up it pushes to the next available person.
Just keeps calling constantly and as soon as I pick up, they hang up and starts beeping.
Person claimed to be calling from CAMH and said that it is not a fund raising call but rather to check in with the supporters of how is their health during the pandemic.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 3/11/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
