I've been getting 2–3 calls a day from this number about some supposed loan that I know absolutely nothing about. The recorded message claims there is an issue or update regarding a loan account and asks me to call back at 1-855-357-2005 or 1-844-502-2997. I have never applied for a loan with anyone connected to these numbers, so the calls make no sense. The frequency of the calls is becoming very annoying, and they keep repeating the same message. It feels like a robocall campaign or a possible scam trying to get people to call back and provide personal information. If you receive a similar call, be cautious and verify everything before sharing any details.
