pretty sure this is a collection scam -- based on Hastings Mn. Never leaves a message.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 2/20/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
