Don't give them an opportunity to cheat you. Never give cold calls money, You DON'T KNOW they are who they say they are. That includes the so called ""charities"". Don't believe them if they say pay up or we will arrest you. The legal system works through the u s mail with certified mail. If everyone would stop answering a paying money to unknown telephone numbers the scammers would go away for lack of money to steal.
