Call from (701) 543-5984 - A Robocall (recording) was received by my wife on 10/16/2020 , stating that, if we did not contact Norton at (701) 543-5984 within 48 hours to cancel our subscription we would be billed $200. This was an obvious scam and we did not call. We work hard for our money so that our dog, RAYA, can have a good life. Perhaps we would not have to work so hard, if we just installed another phone line and started a new similar business. After all. there has been a dramatic increase in these types of scams, but you never read about actual arrests and convictions.Hmmm....what do you think? I could even perform my new occupation without getting out of bed - My harem could even serve me breakfast (and other amenities) in bed. Well I gotta go - I now know what I hafta do - I need to contact the phone company about another phone ASAP!
We received a call on 10/16/20 at approximately 12:30 EST from 701-543-5984. The caller left a message stating an order had been made by us. Although the caller was speaking fast, it sounded like the charge for unknown item was for over 300 U.S. Dollars. An email was received shortly thereafter, stating an order for Norton Life-lockAV-10 Device had been made by us for the amount of 299 U.S. Dollars, delivery charge not specified. The email included a telephone number to call with any questions or to follow delivery:970-699-3752. A call was made to clarify no order was made. It was poor reception and the representative had a heavy foreign accent...The representative, who identified himself as Steve Charlie after request, was trying to get access into our computer remotely. The representative also would not clarify who made the order or what type of payment was purportedly made. He also would not forward our call to a billing/credit department. It appears the call and email was from the same suspicious service.
The FBI needs to investigate 701-543-5984!

This number 7015435984 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
