Portfolio recover is a collection agency. They are trying to collect on an account that is closed. Do not answer! A lot of the time they will use phone numbers from the same area code as the person they are calling to fool them into answering. If I don't recognize a number, I will not answer it. Avoid them like the plague. In addition, if you answer, they will keep calling back several times a week.
This number 7073064392 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
