I live in Marathon, Iowa, and know that this number is not a valid number. Answered accidentally and a voice told me this is not a solicitation call but that they have been monitoring my credit cards and I qualify for a reduced interest rate. I don't own a credit card. When I pointed this out to them they abruptly cut me off.
