I live in Marathon, Iowa (what came up on caller ID), a town of 210 people. I knew immediately that this was a bounced call. When I answered a voice informed me that this was not a solicitation call. That they had been monitoring my credit cards for the past 6 months and I qualify for a special rate. Since I don't own a credit card this is very interesting.
