this is a scam and they are using different numbers. PPL is not cutting anyones service because of Covid. Do not offer to pay them anything, Call PPL first.

Called and left the same message as others said. We called PP&L directly and they said our power is not in danger of being turned off. They took down the number and said they will be reporting it to their supervisor. This is a SCAM! If you have any issues call the number for PP&L that is on your bill. Do not call this number! Stimulus checks are going out so scammers will be trying to prey on those that don’t know any better. Get a real job losers!!!
Received a call today saying from PPL and they were issuing a disconnect order today. I don't have PP&L. (which is another clue in the name). Don't press 2 and don't answer the calls from these folks.

Received a phone call from this number told me power would be shut off for non payment. Stated I had made a payment from ppl’s online site. Told me they couldn’t see it and that I would have to download the “Zell” app to make a payment or power would be disconnected. Call ppl directly they saw my posted payment. Not sure who the people were that called me but they definitely were NOT ppl!!!!!!!!!!
