I too got this call today (was noted as potential scam on my phone), it went to voice mail & left message that they had a record of my name an SSN connected with criminal activity. Clearly a scam as they don't leave the name of person/company/department to call back just some vague ""department reference"" that need me to immediately call back and to not ignore.
