This is a complete scam. I think from India but they could be US based..... I feel really bad for whoever they end up getting. They should be found and prosecuted, if they are lucky one of us will not go after them and everything they live for. Worthless scum
I get a call from this number likely two to three times a week. I finally put it on silent so I did not need to receive the call. I expect it is a scam!
