This number is stopped as a SCAM on my phone as detection of FRAUD. Do not call back. Computer SCAM. Wants you to download an application to your system and give them your account number to avoid or cancel a charge on your account. Phishing scam to rob your account Posted9/23/2020

I didn't answer the phone because of the area coded: 720. Voice message ( a woman) said I had been charged.$399.00 for renewal of COMPUTER SERVICES WITH BEST BUY. If I didn't want to renew the service, press. I didn't press the cancelation number because I didn't know what the call was about. I called back the number to get more information and someone named "" **** ( i didn't ask him to repeat his first name) ELVIN,"" ID NUMBER 6789712646 answered and said he IS with BEST BUY. ELVIN, who would not let me speak, told me to install this ""app"" in order to cancel my subscription. It had to be installed on GOOGLE. While I was talking to ELVIN, I tried to login to my credit account to see if a $399.00 charge was placed there, but my laptop screen had frozen. (no internet service) I told ELVIN this, and he started to shout at me: LISTEN, JUST PRESS ENTER AND BRING UP THE APP!!!!! DO YOU SEE IT ON YOUR SCREEN NOW???!! ELVIN wasn't listening to me when I told him I had NO INTERNET CONNECTION. ELVIN said I HAD TO GET THE APP INSTALLED FOR HIM TO SEND ME THE CANCELATION OPTION. ELVIN insisted that I install the app and he would send me the link for the cancellation. (WHY?????) I told ELVIN that I would call him back once my computer was back up. I checked the phone number after the call and found out that his number is a SCAM number in COLORADO. The voice mail, left by a woman sounded like a professional recorded message. .

Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 9/23/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
