I believe this is Receivables Performance Management Collecting for T-Mobile. But watch out even after you send proof of payment via email they say T-Mobile says the details are valid and keep trying to collect. You'll have to dispute in writing to either PO BOX 1548 Lynnwood WA 98046 or if you want signature for proof of delivery send to 20818 44th Ave W. Suite 240, Lynnwood WA 98036
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 4/1/2020
