I received a text message about "USAA alerts" that a pending charge was needing to be approved or denied. I do not use USAA
I don't know how many times this number 7207417865 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week 10/23/2020. In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday and today in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. That's why I think it is a telemarketer.
