Also said to terminate the call if I am not the subscriber to this service. No company identification or description of ""maintenance."" I didn't call it back.
This is definitely a scam with the typical people calling from a foreign country trying to persuade you into allowing them to access through a download or unsecure website. Once they access your computer they will attempt to steal your account information and passwords. Please just ignore them or blow them off as they are criminals just trying to steal.

The will take it from your checking account. He wants you to go to your computer and download a cancellation document. Told him I was not going to download anything and send me the form in the mail. He said he could only do in via the computer. After I refused he swore at me (MF & SmC) and hung up. I called back about more 20 times and he got more and more frustrated as I kept him busy.
