As I screen my calls, this number left a message indicating that legal action was being taken against me based on my social security number.
This number called me today saying a lien had been placed against my Social Security, and my Social Security would be cancelled permanently. They left this in a message, because when a phone number shows up as unavailable, i don't answer it. Now i have known for years the only way Social Security notifies you is by mail. Unless you have a question and call and schedule a telephone appointment. The Social Security offices phone numbers show up and are identified as such. I just pray other senior citizens who don't know this don't get scammed.
When an unknown numbers calls me, I never answer it immediately. I usually wait for the voice message.This number 7262680298 called me a few times yesterday but no message was left.I don't think it was something important. Probably another phone ad.
