Caller robo-called a brand new number with no name assigned. A woman's recorded voice said "" hello"", and after a couple more seconds started, ""we are the American Association for..."" at which point I hung up. The called number is on the Do Not Call registry, and it has a robo-call blocker which the caller got through. Probably shoulda got the full name to report them to the FTC. A search indicates the number has no owner, maybe they just got it or maybe it's spoofed. Anyway, they robocalled a DNC number, so they're scum in my book, and blocked.
