I got a call at 7:26AM from OPTUM which I did not know whom they were? They were calling Me to Notify Me that I won My United Health Care (UHC) Medicare Advantage Plan Appeal concerning an Authorization Referral to an Oral Surgeon. I was confused as to Why They were Calling Me so early in the Morning at 7:20AM. I did not know where the Area Code (763) is located within the cities like Minneapolis and St. Paul within Minnesota. I could then understand that it was 9:26AM their Local Timeframe. I Would Think They Should Be Aware Thay the Area Code They Was Calling (661) Was Within California and Two Hours Earlier. They was also Calling a Member of their MEDICARE Advantage Plans which are for the SENIORS and DISABLED Beneficiaries. Maybe They Did Know and just wanted To Disturb Me Because of their LOST APPEAL and GREIVANCE CASE.

Caller ID said United Health Care, asked for my address & date of birth. I refused. She got a little irritated. I asked what did she want to talk to me about? She said she couldn't until she verified by law who I was. I said I would not give that because I don't know who she is. I told her to mail me a letter then telling me what they want and I will call them back. She said they used to do that but people didn't call them back. Sorry I am not giving this info out just cause you say so.
Called pretending to be from United Healthcare pre-authorization department and immediately asked for my birth date and address to verify my identity for security purposes
