The call was from a customer support person from Lexi Hearing. I had recently purchased Lexi B2 OTC hearing aids from a popular TV shopping network. They left a message asking me if I had and any difficulty setting up the hearing aids and to call them if I had any problems. Caller had an accent, maybe E Indian. This is the first call I received from them.
