Just received a call from this number which left a voicemail with a woman's computerized voice stating that ""Officer Victor Frank"" was calling from Dept of Social Security Administration to inform me of legal action on fraudulent activity on my social security number. I was told to call back was 786-305-3184 ""before we begin legal proceedings."" Freaked me out, but I didn't call back.
