Two calls within hours of one another came from 1-786-305-3170; same ""Victor Frank"" message as noted by other callers. Scam. SSI does not call anyone.

I was told to call back was 786-305-3184 ""before we begin legal proceedings."" Freaked me out, but I didn't call back.
