I asked him what my credit card number was. He said that he could not disclose customer information on the phone. I said you should verify my identity from the beginning. I asked when I bought the firewall and how much it cost. Say five years ago, 300. I said that my Windows computer was bought 15 years ago and I have never bought it since. He said that maybe you clicked something wrong to order in 2015. I know I have never bought a firewall online. I don't know how to install a firewall. Later I said, whether I have it or not, you cancel it for me. (This is exactly what the other party wants). He said it's not that simple. You need to fill out the form online. He told me a web site dsupport.us. After opening, there is a window, and I need to enter a code. He told me the code and said that it was only valid for 5 seconds. I did not enter. I just hit 12345 to enter, but there was no response. The other party kept asking, did you input, I said my computer is not good, lost, and the page is blank. Finally, I said I first check whether my bank expenditures have exceeded 300 in 2015. He said that we will charge you a new renewal fee, which seems to be more than 290 yuan. I said I do not care.

I got the same call and same message on Dec 17. 2020.

Left voicemail stating that $299.00 would be taken from checking account or plastic card for auto renewal. Also gave phone# with instructions to call to cancel subscription. Neglected to say for what & who they were. I don't even have a checking account!

Got the call from same number twice today. I'm treating it as a scam and blocking the number.

Same **** said to me

mine said they were going to charge my card that they supposedly have on file for some sort of fee for their services, wasnt quite sure what the services were, mind you this is a business, bar, they were calling. recorded message. and if I wanted to cancel I needed to call them back right away. so im going to go with scam call.
