Says he is Mike from Medicare calling about a new plastic card and a free gift from Medicare. I hung up. He called back 10 minutes later. I told him,again not to call,again. When I saidq Medicare sends letters, not phone calls. He said it was due to covid. I hung up.
I believe this is a medicare scam to get a back brace, which I do not need. The scary part is they have all my personal information including my medicare number. They try to scare you saying, that you recent medicare card will become invalid if you do not follow their instructions. I never confirmed my medicare number with them.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 6/29/2020
