Called posing as AT&T using one of those human-driven sound boards. Operator said there was a discount (of 50%!) that AT&T was offering to ALL DIRECT TV CUSTOMERS!!! and asked for my four-digit account code and, failing that, the last four of my SSN. I'd recommend not giving any information to them.
