Claim to be LADWP (los angeles water and power) , sounded real, but all they want is your info.
This number 8003425397 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
