I simply stated if you are our merchant service you would have a copy and credit the account rather then call us. She didn't sound very thrilled I knew it was a scam.
Nia from Merchant Services called about being overcharged for non PCI compliance even though we are PCI Compliant. She wanted my merchant service account #..... for verification. Why do I have to verify for her if she called me? I'm so done with calls to our business. Also the Caller ID is 800 Service. Thats what comes up when Quickbooks calls to say our card was declined but cant tell me what our card # that got declined is.
This number from Tony called stating I am being overcharged from my Quicken Books Account. They then wanted statements. Beware when receiving a call from this Company. They just want your information on your credit card processing.
This number called stating being overcharge for an Interchange by Mastercard. They then wanted statements I call my merchant person and it was a scam to get my statement. If you have to send your statement to your merchant services they are not your processor. This company is stating they are part of First Data! When my merchant person called them they were rude and was going to report her to headquarters. She does not work for First Data! Beware ask questions when someone want information on your credit card processing. Your processor will have all your information that then need including your statements, charges, type of machine or system you are using!!
Jasmine, from Merchant Services, wants my merchant statements because I was overcharged for non-PCI validation. Jasmine, unfortunately failed my test. She could not tell me the type of credit card machine my business uses. Why? After all, it was purchased through Merchant Services. Also, she should already have the figures she was seeking her copy of the Merchant Statements given the statements come from, guess who, Merchant Services. I hope other small businesses don't incur losses. Ask questions and give them no information. The telephone number I received the call from was CHELLE COMM 469-977-0962. ***TOTAL SCAM ALERT***
This number 8003481556 phoned me twice this morning. When I answered the phone they hung up. I tried to call back and find out what they wanted but the number wasn't recognised. They didn't leave any phone message.
