Worthless collectors. Blocked and DONE. Never answer ANY calls from numbers you don’t know, people!
When an unknown number like the one 8003634186 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
