Called me twice today, I answered and they hung up.

It's FedEx customer service. If they call, make sure that you are actually expecting a package. If you are not tell them they have the wrong number. FedEx will never ask for your Social Security number or mother's maiden name. If they are saying that payment is due you can arrange to pick up the package at a FedEx Office location near you and settle it there rather than give your credit card info over the phone.
