Keep receiving letters to call this number 1-800-592-1809 about keeping a vehicle warranty activated. My vehicle is 10 years old and the average new car factory warranties only last 2-4 years, depending on the make & model. Did search of phone number via the internet and seen this forum. Company appears very suspicious given there is no company name nor other significant details about the business sending the letter. They claim that I already have a warranty that's about to expire. However, there's no account information or other documentation to confirm if the claim is valid. Furthermore, I have never purchased any extended warranty for this vehicle. Trashing letter.
The BBB currently has an alert about Fenix Protect possibly being a scam and warns consumers about a pattern of customer complaints regarding: Unsolicited phone calls and mailers Misleading sales...There number is 800 592 1809.
I picked up but no one responded so I am assuming that it is some form of auto-connect on voice system, I had music in background which may have confused it. No idea yet if it is nuisance sales type call or criminal spam, will report if it calls again.
