800-824-6191 – Debt collector user reviews

Received a spam call from 800-824-6191. Caller left no message. I checked this number and found that it is one of several numbers for First National Collection Bureau, Inc. I have dealt with this company in the past re: a collection notice I received from them. I mailed (via certified mail RRR) a dispute and validation letter with specific requests required for legitimate validation. Their reply was only a “verification” of the account number, with my name and an address where I have never lived (an old bill). Their reply fell far short of the specific requirements for validation (such as a copy of an application for credit with signature — a major requirement for validation). I filed suit against them with my County Court and won a judgment against them. As ordered by the Court, they ceased collections on the fraudulent debt, but have not yet paid the fine. Now, six months later I receive a spam call from them. I owe no debts to anyone, so their call cannot be legitimate. We’ll see what happens next.

It is good that there are such pages. It is easy to find out who called you. But this time I didn't find answer who called me. Anybody can help me to find it out ?? I wanna find out anything about the number 8008246191 . They called me already few times in the last 2 weeks. They never leave voice message.
