Yesterday I said unknown but today 12/11/2020 I know it is the VA about my widow benefits.
15 calls in one day from this number as reported by my call blocker app. The number when searched reportedly belongs to VA veterens administration . Since I am not a vet and 15 calls is far beyond excessive, I will keep this number blocked.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 11/17/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
Received it today. Truecaller app identified as top spammer, even though listed as Va Veterans affairs.

Called me. 4:21pm Friday. Nobody on the line. Looked it up and although it appears to be va, they've never called before.
Follow-up to last post. A voice mail was left regarding the VA and Corona. I go by rule of thumb, IRS does not call you out of clear blue and I don't believe VA does either. I would have to see it in writing.
Just called from this number, @4:05on Central. Did not answer as I did not recognize the number. Entered it in Call Blocker App.
Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 7/2/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
