This phone number came up on my USAA credit card for a deposit of $23.86. If it is a scam they are PUTTING MONEY INTO ACCOUNTS,
I received a letter from GEICO asking me to call 1-800-841-3000 to confirm that my BBVA COMPASS BANK account is okay to be stored on someone else's policy (Fatmatta Kamara). The letter states that I should call to confirm that their policyholder can continue to make payments on any current or future GEICO policies. They said to have available my payment account number, policy number listed above, and policyholder's name when I call. I don't know Fatmatta Kamara and I don't have a BBVA COMPASS BANK account. Based on some research this seems like a scam.
When answered I didn't hear anything.
