Foreign accent. Said that he was from Comcast and was trying to upgrade my modem. He wanted me to connect while on phone. I interrupted him and asked his name and if he was from Comcast, what's MY name. I then told him hes not fom comcast cause I don't have their modem. He then hung up as I was laughing.
