wants credit card numbers robbers!!!
Returned call to exact same number. Spoke to Citibank who said that it was not Citibank who had called me.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 2/14/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
