called Friday about noon - left VM saying it was Stacey - calling to schedule annual followup on crawlspace encapsulation by JES Foundation Repair and to call 877-694-3810. Looked up the official webiste and this is not their number - called it to be sure that night and got message to call during regular business hours. Called the 877 number just now (Sunday evening) and got "wait for our next agent". SCAM - we never had JES Foundation Repair do encapsulation.
