very sophisticated attacker. Same as previous report but worse ""Sent a text from bank asking if I made a zelle transaction with an amount and to reply yes or no. I replied no and immediately received a phone call from someone saying he was with the bank. He had my name, cell number, address and last 4 digits of my atm card, mothers maiden name and HAD MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! I went along. He was going to cancel that card and send out a new one. When he offered to send it FedEx overnight that was the point where I got suspicious. I kept going along since he had confirmed all of my information already. When he asked me to confirm my PIN that's when I called him out as a scammer. He started cussing at me saying ""you are F@@@@! You Are F@@@@! He then hung up.

Sent a text from bank asking if I made a zelle transaction with an amount and to reply yes or no. I replied no and immediately received a phone call from someone saying he was with the bank. He had my name, cell number, address and last 4 digits of my atm card. Acted like he was verifying everything it all. He also said that someone was opening a zelle account for Chase Bank and I received 4 texts while on the phone about Chase, he said he was reversing it. He wanted me to go on my bank account online and add my name and cell phone to the my recipients for Zelle and put in numbers in the amount and message area. This seemed real, so I did it, but luckily it didn't go through. He also wanted to verify how many accounts I have with this bank and what the balance should be. Since the transaction didn't go through, he placed me on hold to ask a supervisor for help, but he hung up. PLEASE BEWARE.... some of this call seemed legit, but other parts did not.

Sent text asking about bank information. Was called shortly after by a VOIP using the bank's phone number on the back of the card. Person had the last 4 digits of card number, address, name, and email address. Asked if fraud had been reported and if a new card was issued and/or received. As soon as my husband started asking questions about why the person wanted more info, he hung up.
