813-320-0473...Same noted as First Individual that left comments on this #. I didn't answer, nor do I answer a calls that I don't recognize. I'll send number to a reject file on my phone that stores it if my number receives this same incoming call again or even the First time an unknown # calls. Reject number file works to an extent although not very effective as these unknown, spam calls typically will not use the same number a second time when calling your number as many place calls through a router for example. Dead give away, they don't eave a VM so either it's spam, bot type call. Set your security protocol up accordingly on your phone (especially your cell) i. e. only your favorite phone #'s, wife, husband, kids family, your work etc. can ring your phone when dialed. Smart phones are great in this respect. Use the security protocols, tools and options available on your personal cell, same goes on text msg. Another item, be careful who you share your info with, especially your personal phone #'s. Apply the ' Less is More Rule' on your privacy and security. We're human, phone rings instinct is to answer, nowadays, phone rings it's pays to use caution. If that call is so important whoever is on the other end will leave a VM for you or keep calling multiple times in short order or attempt to contact by other means especially if an emergency.
