Tried to call back voice say sorry the number you have called is busy which I never had happen before and I hung up most likely a telemarketer, they left a voice mail about lower your intreast rate on something ingore this call

When an unknown number like the one 8135689136 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
