Call from 817-318-8353 leaves a 3 second message of woman only saying ""Goodbye."" Supremely annoying. I have blocked this same call from easily ten different numbers. Calling back them gets a few seconds of music, then a hangup. My Verizon spam blocker gets these calls the first time as ""high risk."" But them calling back within 15 minutes gets them through to voice mail.
When an unknown number like the one 8173188353 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
