Received a call on 09/08/20 stating this is Jessica calling from the Student Loan Assistance Center. Due to COVID-19, lawsuits have been filed against companies such as Nelnet and Fed Student Loan. Please contact us to review your file because you are eligible for forgiveness of student loans. When they left the message, they did not include my name which raised a red flag that this is a scam. I do have student loans however, by not stating my name, Im sure this is a scam. Beware!
