If I have any questions I should call 1-830-483-4584, since I don't do business with Target or Paypal I sure this is another scam

This number left a pre-recording on my phone saying that my SS# had been used for fraud on taxes or activities (it was a little hard to understand) and to call them back or they was going to start process of legal actions . Ummmmm....can we say SCAM!!!!!
