He said this is a scam for two reasons. 1) The Attorney General or any other police agency is not going to give you a chance to run making it more difficult to find you and 2) Once you have a warrant for your arrest they won't just call you up and say that you can pay your way out of it. Do not fall for this SCAM. Do not call them back for any reason. It could also be one of those scams where they charge your phone account thousands of dollars because you initiated the call.
Suspicious call from Attorney general. Sounds fake
I received a call from this number, they said it's an attorney, that I need to call so I won't be arrested for six months. Interesting. hmmm
Someone called me from the number 8329476986 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
