Claims to be calling from United Health Care but cannot make sense because someone by the name of Saib says wants to remind a person working here to refill a prescription. Not the doctor nor a pharmacy though.

DEFINITELY A SCAM! Called the number back (833-233-5087) thinking it was UHC. Man from I'm guessing India answered - not saying Hello or United Healthcare, but immediately asking for my Full Name and Date of Birth. I could hear child crying in background and said I did. He immediately hung up.

833-233-5087 (call back number) and 833-233-4890 (call came from number) Message said they were from UHC stating it was very important I return their call right away. They did not use a name as to WHO needed to call back (3 people in our home use UHC) nor did they give a reason. Because I an wary of scam type calls, I phoned UHC directly and asked if they knew what this was about or could be connected to...they came back with...it wasn't us. We generally email or send letters directly to the insured for privacy purposes. They use their portal for communication, which is secure. Do not call these people back...or ever give them info...especially if they have not proven how they know you. They are randomly dialing via computer to get people who might be UHC clients. Be wary of phone scams.

They left a message on my machine saying they were calling from United Health Care and have an important message for me. They said for me to return the call at 833-233-5087. I tried calling twice but after a couple of rings, there was a busy signal both times. I'm thinking it was spam.

This number 8332335087 called me yesterday and early this morning. I thought it was something important. I'm returning this call now but there is no answer. I'm trying again and now it seems I'm losing the connection. Pretty strange. I think I will ignore this number.
