I was sent an alarming text that had links to click on and a phone number to call. This is what it said: Security Alert: Your balance will be debited $730.47 for your last order#138137 on AMAZON. Contact Customer Care 18332407030 for cancellation. I didn't have any activity on my amazon account or on my cards.
This number was included in a text message I received that stated: "Dear customer, your credit card will be debited $556.07 for your last order #******. Contact AMAZON Care 18332407030 if you wish to cancel." Nothing has been debited from my credit card and there are no orders on my Amazon account. Looks like a scam to me!
This number 8332407030 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
